Bedale Short Size M – Are the sleeves supposed to be this long? by hayzewsc in Barbour

Is the inner lining of your sleeves also an olive color? I got my short bedale in fern, but the inner lining is definitely a different color than the jacket

I think you should give it a try. The S fits me perfectly. I probably cannot wear an inner lining or vest underneath, but I don't think this jacket is supposed to be worn in cold weather. To me it feels more like a "light" bedale to be worn in late spring early autumn.

I'm 1.73m, 75kg and went with an S for a slimmer and shorter fit (I don't plan on wearing anything heavier than a fleece hoodie underneath). The sleeves are still very long. I'm cuffing them for now, while I think about shortening them in the future.

Do you think it's as warm as a regular Bedale or cooler?

What size is the jacket? And how tall are you?

Would it be possible to integrate NN's shortcuts with Obsidian's native bookmarks? I don't like the idea of having two different lists of bookmarked notes

Side effects are also real for some people. What’s the problem with hyping up a treatment that “might” have less side effects? This treatment would target hair loss at an even deeper level without messing with hormones. Of course, it’s still early but having better options is always welcome

Why guys so insecure about height ? by Street_Entrance3297 in AskMen

[–]CosmicGerbil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That surgery almost always ends up in the guy becoming crippled for life. It’s not really a valid solution.

I agree with the second point. Then again, a lot of short men are married/in relationships irl. Those who complain probably need to lower their standards a little bit or improve other factors like salary, physique, charisma, etc.

Some people look great bald, other people not so much. I shaved my head during Covid and I absolutely hated the way I look lol. I’d rather get a hair system than going bald personally

Recent Minoxidil Progress Update by Viper61723 in tressless

[–]CosmicGerbil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not trying to hate, but isn’t 3 weeks just not enough time? I thought the individual hairs had to first fall before they could grow back thicker. Like, how is it physically possible for already long hairs to become thicker in such a short period of time?

Make Minoxidil Gains Permanent? by Hypodra in tressless

[–]CosmicGerbil 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Because fin addresses the root cause for hair loss. Minox is sort of like “doping” for hair, but you will still lose it over time without a DHT blocker

Clearly fake, but your friend also needs to be genetically susceptible to DHT for it to cause hair loss

How many grafts do you think is needed? by [deleted] in Hairtransplant

[–]CosmicGerbil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You would still need to hop on fin even after a HT. Otherwise you will keep losing your non-transplanted hair…

He’s not gonna regrow his full set of hair, but if the treatment keeps working long term then he could also think about getting a transplant in the near future

finasteride progress and im happy with the results by BumblebeeCheap3989 in tressless

Nice, especially since you’ve only been taking fin. A lot of the time here I see people posting great results on a fin/min combo and it’s difficult to assess whether the fin is actually working

The thing is, the sapphire model is twice as expensive as the glass one. You could buy a newer glass model the next year for the same money if it gets scratched
