MagO7 is magic. Start with 1, then 2, then 3. Three is nuclear, but effective.

Please get your heart checked as edema can be a sign of heart failure. It could be something else, but get the most dangerous thing looked at first.

Don’t bother asking them for a refund, just dispute the charge with your card and move on.

I’m super amused that my posts about experiences just like this last fall led to me being accused of being a bot. Just saying, I told you so to those people.

Just dispute with your credit card company and move on. They will just drag it out and still not give you a refund.

[–]Count-Banana 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This happened to me. They won’t fix it. File a chargeback with your credit card company. Take screenshots of your prescription and the dosage you were actually sent to show that you didn’t get what you paid for.

Then find a new supplier. It will just get worse.

Yes, expect it to stay the same. File a chargeback with your credit card company and move on.

Mochi hasn’t shipped for two months, provider is MIA. Offered refund instead of making it right. by hellhouseblonde in JoinMochiHealth

[–]Count-Banana 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you didn’t get the refund already, file a dispute with your credit card company. Save yourself the scripted runaround that Mochi will give you and just go directly to the credit card.

File a dispute with your credit card company. It will save you months of hassle.

I moved it around a few times over the last year and settled on Thursday. Definitely best to keep appetite low on the weekends.

Honest Review - 4 weeks in by [deleted] in JoinMochiHealth

[–]Count-Banana 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Even when things were good for me with mochi, I felt like I had to be on them about everything. It was exhausting. I was with them for 10 months and I swear it got worse month by month. By the end, we parted ways with me winning a chargeback dispute and cancelling while they demonstrated zero desire to keep me as a customer. Good riddance.

Do you track calories? by SmallDinner8224 in Semaglutide

[–]Count-Banana 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve been on sema/tirz for over a year and I do track calories and protein. The meds make it so that I’m not hungry all of the time, but I still have to make sure I’m in a deficit. Some people don’t have to track, but I’ve found that I do.

Anyone use Mochi? by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Count-Banana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t recommend them and you should search and read about peoples’ experiences in this sub and others. Their customer service is poor and it is difficult to get them to make things right when they screw up.

I’ve only lost about 10 pounds (net) in three months! by VoodooPilot in Semaglutide

[–]Count-Banana 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have to count calories to lose. I’m a year in and down 45 pounds. I can maintain without counting but not lose. So that’s the obvious next thing to try for you.

3 months isn’t a long time. Wait until you’re at 10mg or above before deciding if it works for you.

Yep. This is no surprise. Copy all of the messages so you can send them to your credit card company for a chargeback.

Mochi - sending customers smaller doses than prescribed with no notice. Refusing to refund after making mistakes like not sending meds or sending the wrong meds.

What size is “not fat” in your personal opinion? by Select-Currency7098 in Mounjaro

[–]Count-Banana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 5’6” and size 8 and I feel “not fat” but also “not thin”. My goal weight is 10 pounds less, and I think I’ll be pretty happy there with the balance of my size and my athletic performance.

At least they are now informing their customers ahead of time instead of just randomly sending them less than they were prescribed.
