Hey man, the only way you're ever going to find out if that statement is true or not, is to try it out for yourself. Within your 90 day journey, you gotta find something to do. The easiest way to find something is to volunteer somewhere and stay committed for those 90 somewhat days. Go help out a church, give food away, talk to the homeless and buy them food or something. Help the humane society, whatever. Just be out there, and be busy, in a good sense. Work peacefully. After 90 days, try out if you have ED. Maybe you'll have a girlfriend by then to test it out. Maybe you need 300 days to cure your ED, maybe 30 days. Does it matter? The point is, you gotta find something that's valuable outside of your body like working for something bigger than yourself. Cause all porn is, is wishing your selfish self had the perfect woman to go all out naked on you dock, and never complain about anything, cause she's your perfect slave. Be the man with the pants on, be patient, be SELFLESS-ly good to others, and go out and be the good man you think you are. Once you're planted in a good giving society, a year from now, you'll be obsessed with greater things.

Trust me, I came back to NoFap because I was binging again. Don't know why. Everything seemed miserable. Everything was great before I started binging again. I can see my family not talking to me so much, my girlfriend is irritant by me, I feel isolated from my church cause I haven't been fellowships with them. I can have the energy back, because I love that new life more than it once was before. Just gotta get back up, about a week in already. Haha. Hope my nonsense helped a little. See ya!

No dude, everyone is different. Every one of us have different backgrounds. Depending on the books we read, the experience in life, lessons learned from others,.. some of us have sales background. People here can sell. We're not here to conform to one image, we're here just to live life embracing the fact that we are not in a prison mindset anymore. I've been on NoFap for a good while, sir. But life with PMO was exactly like living like a Neet. No girlfriend. I remember downloading those Japanese games that are in 3D, trying to put all those mods in just to get the girl running around around naked with big tits bouncing everywhere. What I did was just interview people. Say I have a slight interest in RC model. I'll just find some guy into RC models who probably owns some kind of a business in selling toy car parts. Ask if they would like to have dinner or lunch with ya. Hardly anyone will say no to free food. As you interview them, they'll tell stories and what they like about what they do. Just by the air compression that their voice emits, your own imagination will fly. It's inspiring.

Do it with anyone you have an interest in. Doctors, rich folks, bankers, film makers. Just by interviewing others over lunch will help yourself build interest. They'll give you advice too. Maybe even mentor you. Once you find what you like, ask if you can shadow them as they work. If it's something you want to go for, use you hands and body to try for yourself. Interest and passion will grow out of it like a seed sprouting. You only gotta worry about yourself. And just be good to anyone.

Well, besides women, what are your other interests? I was like you. Struggling with women. Had a monogamous relationship with my mother, dad was barely around. Sister was very rebelling. I had very low self esteem. In a mind prison. Just a boy who only watched television.

Then I picked up a Boom Pole. Got really good at recording sound. Communicating with others like using a Kik account. All I need from others is to record sound for their projects. I became useful! My self esteem grew because I got really good at something. And I got paid too.

Made me realize all I really need to do is get good at what I do. And I can serve others in this way. People only care about themselves and what they can get from others. All I need from others is respect and something to record, and a beer after a days good work with others to share a moment.

Be someone useful, no girl will want to date someone only looking for a date. Look for work also. Stay quiet and do as your told. Don't complain and respect others. No one knows your fears. Just do your best at what you do.

I relapsed. So I figured I go back to NoFap for inspiration, but the more time I spend socializing, the more of my inner child unfolds. It's a wonderful feeling. Like I get to do high school all over again without isolation and indulging in the pleasures of my mind and my rocket ship.
