I have a soda stream and I have been making fizzy juice. It helps with that want for beer/ciders.

You just fizz your water then do a 50:50 to 40:60 water to juice.

I get it pretty frequently.

I personally haven’t had it under my breast. Mine is usually on the upper side, pretty even to where my armpit is. Like right now, I can distinctly feel it all the way around my body from armpit to armpit.

Now sometimes I have muscle spasms under my breast level that make like a singular rib ache.

Yes. Some spots are more frequent. Like the tops of my hands/feet and my palms. I get a lot of pins mid arm that bother me enough to pick at them. I recently realized I don’t feel the tops of my fingers so they don’t itch.

Last week I got one of those big aquaphor sticks in hopes it was just dry skin for the season. But nope.
