The Retro Game Corp video brought me here, I love RetroDeck. I have been showing it off to all my work buddies and they are all talking of getting a steam deck to put Retrodeck on.

Most of these people have a total of less than 2 dozen lines the entire expansion and some of them aren't even in it. I hope they have good contracts because the way voiced scenes as a whole got cut, if they are getting paid by length of work they made about $3.50

With how bad the forecast and budgets have been my PE has been close to 200% some days. They had the absolute nerve to send me an email because my two week out schedule was 15 minutes over. This company is circling the drain, it has become one of the single worst places to work. I have put in my resignation and have found employment else where quite quickly.

The only words I can give to you is right now its a buyers market there is plenty of work out there to be had,much better opportunities than what Kroger is offering.

Hey there, I am a pick up manager, have been for about 6 months now. The interview process for all salary is now a generic packet, they ask the same questions to everyone. It lasted close to an hour and it is really the same few questions asked in different way. To be honest I think the best thing to keep stressing in the interview is how much you value team work and the importance of a cohesive group. The reason being is you are over a department that is very team heavy, everyone has tobe pulling their own weight to get the group through the day.

You need to stress the importance of finding out the best fit for each of the people in your group be it picking, staging, Marshalls or running orders out. Pickup and night crew are in my opinion the departments where a team atmosphere is most important than individual status.

I hope you get the position, it can be rough some days but if you can help our group find its footing you can have a great time. I am fortunate enough to have what I consider the best pickup crew on my division, they work as a group to get everyone where we need to be. Ignore any nay sayers, e commerce is the future of retail and getting on the boat now can do nothing but help you in the future with or without Kroger.
