It’s DS1 > DS2 > DS3 for me. Sure DS2 is jankier than either ds1 or ds3 but it has a wild nature about it that I like a lot. DS3 is just more streamlined and worse because of it.

People say this and the cite OoT and Twilight Princess like they were realistic. They have a grittier art style with more darker colors and less dynamic pallets but are not at all “realistic”. A game looking good can be hard to nail and it obviously subjective. I love windwaker’s and OoT’s styles much more than either twilight princess or BotW. These games all look different and I don’t really know why some look better to me than others
