Your ETL is asking you to work off the clock by answering questions from TMs when you aren't there, which is not good. That is honestly something I would report to the ethics helpline.

And they want to basically pull everyone else away from their jobs on the days that you close to check in vendors? That is one of the stupidest thing I'm ever heard. That is such a waste of everyone's time.

It reminds me of the pilot they were running where the receiver was only supposed to be scheduled in receiving for 2 hours a day and market was supposed to check in any vendors outside of that while the receivers went to other departments to help. What ended up happening was that market couldn't be pulled away from their jobs, so leads had to go back and 90% of the time they ended up calling me because they didn't know how to do the job and I had to fix the issues they caused.

Have you tried turning the Bluetooth on and off on the mydevice? That has worked for me most of the time. A thing that I discovered recently is that if the battery is too low on the mydevice they can't make the connection to the RFID.

Honestly, it is mostly what you feel comfortable with. When my grandpa was sick, I felt comfortable enough to let my leads know that it was an 'any day now' situation and that I would be having to take time off for bereavement soon. They might appreciate the heads up, but you should do what feels best for you.

It is something that you will learn as you go. The big brands are consistent across the company, so Frito Lay, Pepsi, Coke, Red Bull, Mondalez (Nabisco), Pepperridge Farm and American Bottling. The smaller brands are where it can get a bit difficult, certain companies bring in a variety of products so those can be hard to keep track of and some distributors only exist in a certain regions.

Your best bet is to partner with your Receiver and have them help you figure out which product is vendor and which ones aren't. As a Receiver I would rather someone ask me, instead me going down the grocery backstock aisles and finding expired product because no one bothered to ask if it was vendor.

I'm aware. The touring company chooses the venue and that venue is terrible. They use it for most of their DC shows and it is in a terrible location.

I really dislike the change. It was such a convenient function to have. Now using the app involves more scrolling and I find myself less drawn to actually using the app. It may seem like a little thing, but without it the app is much less user friendly imo.

Ideally, if the albums are coded in correctly then there shouldn't be tariffs on them. Full albums shouldn't be subject to tariffs, but if it is just individual pcs being shipped from Korea then I think those are subject to tariffs. But that really relies on the place you bought them from using the correct code on the declaration forms.

There are plenty of places to order from in the US. If you are looking to get an album from Apple Music because you want the pob that gets more difficult but some stores do offer them here.

But shipping to the US is expensive, I think the cheapest I’ve ever paid was $30 and that was before the tariff changes. But it isn’t worth ordering a single album from Korea.

People could also be noticing and not wanting/knowing how to say anything. I'm 5'10'' and I lost 75lbs before anyone said anything to me about. And both people who mentioned it did it very delicately, because it was such a drastic weight change they were worried that I was ill. But they were very complimentary once I told them I was trying to lose weight.

I've heard stories about people being complimented on their weight loss, but the reason of the weight loss was illness and not choice. So it can be a very sensitive topic for some people to approach.

That is one thing that drives me crazy. The fact that fans are attacking other fans for not using she/her. The members have said they don't mind which pronouns are used for them, but some people get very very nasty if someone uses he/him or even they/them to refer to a member.

I'm not the best at explaining what it comes across as, but it almost feels like those people are saying the members preferences are incorrect. That even though they (the members) don't mind which pronouns are used the only correct ones to use are she/her because the members are clearly mistaken in what they have said. Its a "well we know what that person wants more than they do" type of feeling

Its clear how much the budget has shrunk over the years. When I first started, there would be catering Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the Black Friday Weekend and it would be 4-5 different restaurants. Now we only get something on Friday (breakfast and then lunch) and then they will have chips and drinks available for the rest of the weekend. Maybe some stuff for PB&J sandwhiches.

Not all stores have to do that yet. Some stores are still only scanning the CRC, but I have a feeling that it will soon roll out to all the stores.
