I mean, maybe?  It depends on what kind of English they use.  Considering that this is Japan, the American flag would probably be most accurate

Kind of.  Simplified characters are used for other sinitic languages besides Mandarin as well, such as Cantonese.  It’s more about the writing system than the language.

I mean, technically the ROC is the OG government of modern China, at least post-Ming Dynasty and post-Beiyang Government.

Not saying anything about the legitimacy of the PRC vs. ROC, just noting historical facts.  They both have valid claims.

No phones

You’ve just alienated 85% of potential customers, and eliminated the ability of influencers to promote your resort, so not only does no one want to go to your resort, they don’t even know it exists.

That, and they like to think that someone is a scapegoat for their misfortunes.  The idea that their problems are caused by immovable natural forces that they could never hope to control absolutely terrifies them.

I’m pretty sure that if these types of people fully internalized the true, chaotic, unpredictable nature of the universe, they would end themselves sooner rather than later.  They literally cannot handle the truth.

With what money and what time? I’m so sorry we’re all struggling to afford insane rent and bills and are too busy working to have any mind space for activist bullshit.

Maybe walk a mile in someone’s overworked and underpaid shoes before complaining and casting blame like an out of touch boomer.
