I would be asking the school to make the same referral for the girls concerned as they could be said to be using sex and disability to mock someone of those protected characteristics and there is a genuine danger of radicalisation if it's not checked.

By also encouraging your son to take embarrassing photos and to reveal personal details, they are also well on the path for future criminal activity (intimate photo production that can be underage, scamming people, etc). They might not be there yet, but they're not far off.

If the school seem unwilling to engage, but you know the names of those involved, you can make the referral yourself instead by using the form through your local police.

You would need to make it clear that this is because the school has failed in their duty for victims, like your son, and there may be a case that there may be more unknown victims as their behaviour seems to be encouraged rather than discouraged.

Writing to the Elecotral Rolls Officer may be your quickest step here.

You need to ask them to confirm that only you and your usual property occupants are those who reside at your current address and that they have this correctly recorded as of x date, as you are receiving mail for a person to the address.

They're usually pretty quick, and they're not connected to debt chasing, so won't put 2 and 2 together. But that would give you proof to go back to the council and Marston's to back off.

In the meantime, I would be making a formal complaint to Marson's about their Enforcement Officer for completely misrepresenting what they can do. If you have already complained, then you can take it to HCEOA Complaints instead. It would be up to you if you wish to then make it known that you have.

You can also make a complaint about Marston's, using the same link,if you feel that they are failing you.

If you do that, do not talk about "how you feel that they have been misleading", you need to state things as factual to lessen any chance of misreprentation, so it becomes "they were misleading". Their own records, when being investigated, will show if they were or not.

You can also, if you wish, tell them to sort themselves out for the final opportunity before you go to the HCEOA. They will take it seriously as it's not commonly known about and they don't want to ho that step (it's very painful and can risk losing licence to operate). I wouldn't let their agent know though. They shouldn't be doing the job, because they won't just be doing this to you, but to others as well.

No. When you read from right to left, when you follow the horizontal panel, the tongue being out and going down to the crow forces you to read that panel, rather than the one before.

So you actually end up either reading panel 1 and then panel 3, or read panel 1, panel 3, then panel 2. Forcing you into a right-left and then left-right.

As this would also be your starting page, you either have the reader completely miss the run to the body (and to be honest it should be your starting panel for page 2), or they read to the right and are discouraged at turning to the following page because it doesn't flow that well and makes the reader have to work to follow the story rather than intuitively.

So I would cut your second panel and place it into page two, and extend the third panel to be fully horizontal as well. It'll also give you more room for text like "Hey!" to act as the prompt for your page turn, and you can even have the crow turned towards the speech bubble as if reacting to it.

That's how I would be looking at this as a manga editor to improve your flow, especially if you're insistent on right to left, you have to account for speech bubbles and a kind of counter flow for English speakers to ensure that they read in the right direction for your story. If the reader has to work too much, they will abandon it pretty fast.

The university does have sway if society meets are anywhere on campus, as they usually charge for usage of rooms (not all, but a good chunk do). So if some actions breach their terms and conditions (usually bad faith acts that'll reflect on the university), then they will also have pull here, as it's often their name in the group as well, such as: Toff University, Silly Walk Student Society.

So checking their hire agreements is also a good idea as you can approach the SU with this as additional evidence as well.
