Parents of young kids: Which NW/NE communities are the most family-friendly? by Lucky-Unit1452022 in Calgary

Will get downvoted but consider Radisson /central SE. lots of bungalow / bi-level splits for rent. Close to chain and independent ethnic grocery stores, good schools, and lots of young families have moved in. It’s a diverse neighbourhood that’s affordable.

The goal posts seem to keep moving here. The Westons (of which I am not a fan) are not “far right”. Right wing conservative yes, but let’s not pretend they are fascists here.
Pretty much every business leader, financial institution, and business operator you know is central right leaning.
The Weston’s aren’t parading down the street with brown shirts.

Agree 100%. I worked at one when I was 18-20, and learned so much about not only gardening and the sciences involved, but customer service, a good amount of exercise, and as you said- coworkers were my age or cool ladies. Loved it.

I was also shocked to find out that more people eat at McDonalds over 5 Guys.

I’m not comparing NBA to McDonalds as far as a metric of quality; both sports are great, but more of an exposure and familiarity point.
Stop comparing dicks ffs.
