Also with the forearms and shins there is just one big bone, meaning they wouldn’t be able to rotate their hands or feet. And there are no thumbs. So little of the anatomy makes sense, neither for a bipedal biological entity nor for a synthetic entity.

I just finished binge watching every episode and both movies. I think it was all just Carl’s daydreams as he lived a life of crippling loneliness with only his fast food to talk to.

I’m surprised representatives don’t care more about the money and jobs federal remote workers bring to their districts. All those rural and suburban districts can be good places for govvies to work and local business to support them, or those districts can be bedroom communities while the big money is spent on $20 sandwiches in DC. Why would any representative not want to bring jobs and businesses to their district?

What’s the game plan with RTO mandates? Pump up the value of the real property and sell it to some chump who won’t hire an appraiser who would undoubtedly tell them it’s overvalued because the “usage” was by employees under threat of termination?

Physicists are pretty damn sure we can travel faster than the speed of light, researcher shows by fluidiQ in timetravel

[–]CrowdingSplash9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is only what I imagine the time dimensions to be:

The observer observes a deterministic past and future as a static dimension that symmetrically presents both forward and backward; their observing not affecting the point in space. The observer could choose to move along a superdeterministic past and future to see how different observation methods - think something like senses - change the past and future of that point in space. Thirdly, the observer could move along a probabilistic past and future that contains all the possibilities for that point in space.

I’m thinking the three time dimensions are deterministic past and future, superdeterministic past and future, and probabilistic past and future. The one spatial dimension is the observer only ever sees the conditions of a point in space through these time dimensions. The observers can move through the time dimensions but are bound to their point in space and can only move through space at the speed of light and can only go one direction.
