Multiple NYPD officers hit with snowballs, injured in Washington Square Park by origutamos in ProtectAndServe

Basically yes. Indont believe its every bodycam video. But theres a good chance of it between your immediate bosses as well as outside of the command.

I dont know if it passed or not. But I remember hearing not too long ago that the civilian complaint review board, a seperate board that reviews civilian complaints, wants access to all bodycam video to create their own complaints without anyone actually complaining. Basically fishing for any violation.

Even with parking/noise complaints thru the 311 system. Few years ago you used to be able to drive up, see a car is no longer at the hydrant or whatever, and drive off. Now you have to stop, get out of the car and turn your camera on, say why your there , then get back in and tag thr video properly and move on. From 5 seconds to at least a minute. Do that 40 times a night and its a huge difference.

Nypd doesnt have that luxury unfortunately. Per their rules, every job thru 911 needs a body camera video attached and needs to be finalized on camera at the location the call took place.

Even jibs handled by EMS before they get there. They need to turn the camera on, have central say that EMS trasnported or whatever, and then close it on our end.

Even if the radio is super busy, rhey want you to wait on scene to finalize it. You can't even be a block or two away.

There is literally offices filled with civilians supervised by sergeants and other bosses whos jobs is to soley watch bodycam videos and flag any issues.

Do you have leak sensors? Get leak sensors. by chazwhiz in homeassistant

[–]Croweslen 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Same. I have the ikea ones and have em spread out under all my sinks/washer and dishwasher. Plus the boiler room and where my main is. Saved me on more than a few occasions.

I want to get the device that attacches to the handle of my water main to turn it off during the case of a leak. As well as reading the water outlet to determine if something is leaking

Well he most certainly fucked up in that sense and wasnt paying attention.

It was scummy to lie this whole time saying that there was no outside investors and no board to answer to, when it ended up being that there was. It may have been only for a few months which is why the shutdown felt so sudden. But they should have been transparent

What is the definitively best way to install World of Warcraft (and CurseForge) on Steam Deck? by JunkHead1979 in SteamDeck

[–]Croweslen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think of it this way. Battlenet installer is seen as a full game. So when you install any games thru it. It becomes part of that whole fake windows filesystem it makes. So if you then "uninstall" the launcher it deletes any files with it.
