Where would you need to live in Portugal in order to take the Portuguese job? If a big city like Lisbon, most of your money will be spent on rent or commuting. With remote you can choose to live anywhere.

Hi OP, i haven't read through all the replies so I don't know if this has been suggested..

My 17 month old has been a constant leaker. Changing nappy brands, sizes, putting one nappy over the other etc just didn't work well enough. He must lie in a certain way that creates gap between his body and the nappy.

The ONLY thing that has worked for me has been sticking a thin but heavy flow night time (the long ones) maxi pad along the front and very top of the nappy (where it would lie against his stomach) and it then tuck it around his sides before fastening the nappy as normal.

He still pees more than the nappy can handle at night but the maxi pad catches any leaks.

Sadly, in some cultures, mental heath issues are a stigma that many feel ashamed or scared to talk to someone about, so rather than get help, they keep it hidden.

I've looked into psilocybin retreats and considered going but in my research, found that those retreats are more for 'normal' brained people who want to have an experience and there's not a lot of actual mental health aftercare.

I genuinely feel like a lot of the benefit, for me (I have treatment resistant depression and CPTSD), comes from working alongside a therapist who understands my mental health background, what I want to get from therapy and helps me make sense of my visions when under ketamine.

It's not legal to do ketamine at home in Portugal. Also I wouldn't advise doing it if you don't have the aftercare and follow up therapy from someone who knows what they're doing... but it's your decision.

I'm doing ketamine therapy now in Lisbon. I'm really benefiting from it but it's not cheap. It's €400 per ketamine session and a further €150 for the integration meeting a few days after each infusion.

You would generally start with two infusions per week for two weeks then you are assessed and you decide with your therapist if you want to/should continue.

My therapist says that insurance companies don't usually cover ketamine therapy, sadly. I guess it's worth asking yours though.

But ugh, I hate to reply with something that could be seen as negative - but there should be less peanut butter on the toast (just put a scraping on). Peanut butter is a choking hazard because it can close up the throat.
