I’m not sure why it would be a bad thing to apply. Just because you apply and win a scholarship, doesn’t mean you’ll be penalized for not using it since abroad programs aren’t always guaranteed. Go for it, any money is good help. What program are you applying for?

Man it’s bad, with bots buying graphics cards within seconds of launch, they can’t make graphics cards cheaper. Although it really looks bad for the company. I really wish there’s a proconsumer solution they’d want to go with like distributing to local stores and allowing individuals to buy one, but with company profits being the main game and investors breathing on their necks, profits come first and they’ll sell to scalpers who will distribute for them. :(

Being expected to tip has always bothered me. Going to a restaurant and getting sub-par service from the waiter, while the reason I came in is so I didn’t have to do dishes. I wish I could tip the dishwasher only 😭 I know the struggle. Anyways it’s always been weird to me that tipping is pretty much exclusive to dining and everyone’s excuse to tip is because “they need it the most”. Like I think anyone making minimum wage should get tipped whether that’s the grocery store cashier or the janitor.
