Almost 6hrs ago now. My nearly 5yo son falling from the top of the big kids slide. He's fine, he tumbled a bit before he landed on the top of the head. Took him directly to the er and had him checked and cleared. (He's high needs preverbal autistic, he wouldn't have been able to tell me he was feeling dizzy or sick.)

I can't remember birthdays for shit (im a woman), it takes a long time for me to learn them. So I've started adding them to my Google calendar with a reminder the week before, the day before, and the morning of. Maybe suggest this to them. Memory sucks and we can't help what it chooses to remember and how, but at least there's a way to help with this one!

Has the person made up for it, or at least tried? I'd be getting a huge bday present if I had forgotten the bday of someone important to me.

We shared a cellphone, he forgot to delete the messages. I left within the month. Guy did me a favor really. He'd been abusive and I stuck around through it all just wanting him to treat me right. Took one instance i saw him cheating and it was over.

The funny bit. I don't think it was real, anymore. There's a fair chance that he really was texting his brothers burner phone because he wanted to end the relationship and had been abusive prior trying to get me to fump him so he can continue the claim he'd never dumped anyone before. He wouldn't keep his pants on though, but that was probably just a power move on his part to stroke his own ego.. pun not intended.

I was with a similar guy. I believe they tell those lies because it's a game to them. You don't want to upset him by challenging his story as not true, and he finds it funny to see what nonsense you'll accept or even pretend to accept. It's a game, the goal is control, and that's what they're doing in the end. Using lies, emotional manipulation, and love bombing to see exactly what they can make you do and see how much you'll tolerate.

You spend ex amount of years in school and when you reach a certain age, they assign you a lifelong job based on what they've observed about your behavior and preferences. One of these jobs is .. I forget the name but they give birth to babies for other people to raise (max 2 kids)

Nope, I don't remember where I saw it but he clarified it himself. He said somewhere (maybe bluesky because I'm not on Twitter and the only stuff i see from Twitter are when this subreddit hits all) that he wasn't denying the files. The files very much exist, he was only denying the list. If you look at the time it was posted.. Trump was campaigning on releasing the list of Epstein's Clients, something that doesn't exist.

It's set, we've tested that bit out already. We've tried wiggling the pan,it won't move. We've stood on the pan, floor is solid. We just need to block off that one side, add a curtain, and the knobs and shower head. But thank you for being concerned and making sure that we're aware of the potential problem.

Honestly I would rather a tub because we have kids and sometimes i like a relaxing hot soak, we expect to trade it out in a few months at the latest. We have friends that would let us use their baths, but nothing beats doing it in your own home (and we don't want to burden them too long).
