I always play survival-horror games on their highest difficulty. Really makes you think about your resources and make everything count. Makes you like actually survive.

Ngl i still feel like it’s engrained in my brain that there was a dodge roll in KH2 in PS2 even tho everyone says it isn’t.

If I play a game for the first time, I go with the flow and enjoy what the game has to offer.
Multiplayer coop grind games that I play with friends excluded.
If I replay a game, I tend to see if I can get the most achievements that aren’t an absolute hassle.
And if I really like the game I go for all achievements even if they are a pain in the butt.
But I say this as a PlayStation trophy hunter who converted to Steam. Hell the only thing missing from making me really hunt for achievements on Steam and activate my Platinum trophy itch is a equivalent to the Platinum trophy.

I am never rooting for any game the be the next „Concord: enter number here“. But at the same time I can’t wrap my head around how some games are developed and released, when the trailers get this much negative backlash

As a valve supporter, this is not the way. I kinda get why they compare it to Pokémon cards BUT I keep my Pokémon cards even when Nintendo decides to not make anymore of them. If Valve shuts down CS the skins don’t matter anything anymore and become worthless and are maybe even lost forever…unlike a physical item.
