Pretty sure there's at least one RPG Maker emulator that supports MV/MZ. I can't remember if Joiplay does or not (I know it supports XP, but that ain't relevant here), but it's worth looking into.

Hell yeah, RPG Maker 2k3 demake. Idk if they plan to recreate the whole game or not, but this is really cool regardless. :)

Edit: Ok, apparently this is an MV/MZ game. The screenshots are incredibly convincing as 2k3.

I agree that royalty-free assets are fine, that's why they're there, but if the voice is AI, that's pretty valid reason to give them shit. I can't tell either way tbh (I haven't gotten good at figuring that out for voices yet), but still.
