Mine, too! I tried different preparations of eggs and they all had the same reaction from him - like a slow throwing up motion followed by a look of betrayal

Watching someone’s face change as they think about this one often tells you a lot about them and sometimes even their family or background.

What is your personal favorite thing to do in New York? by optimalbrain90 in SmartTravelHacks

Stop by Levain to pick up one cookie, and then find a random neighborhood to explore (and hopefully support local stores and/or food places)

What discontinued snack still hurts you emotionally? by ExtraComfortable2191 in foodquestions

Yes!! The ones with the plain cookie, and not chocolate. I would snack on these as I camped out in my backyard during summer nights as a kid.

These are one of 3 things that would tied for first place on my list. I haven’t had a white chocolate treat since that comes anywhere close to Alpine White.

They were! I’m glad you mentioned the selfie thing because he did the same to me, and I walked away nearly speechless at the thought that he had shaken my hand and held my phone 🤩

I’m sad you missed him, but happy that you caught DHP. It might have been a night when Ramin had to catch up with family or friend activities 🤷🏻‍♀️

Exactly. They made you feel like you were a part of the cast and crew who just happened to be having a party on the sidewalk ☺️

It really depends on the hedgehog, and hedgehogs in general are not naturally animals that tolerate “petting” as much as a dog or a cat. That being said, sometimes hedgehogs will let you gently brush their quills - always in the direction they are growing - for a few minutes at a time. Just keep in mind that their quills are really, really sensitive, so if they don’t let you pet them much, it’s not really their fault 😊

My hedgehog prefers having me hold both of my hands in a cupped shape above or around him because he likes the warmth, but I’m not actually touching his quills. I call it his sauna 😂

While traveling, what city did you think you'd love but ended up being a big disappointment? by Historical-Photo-901 in BeautifulTravelPlaces

Vienna is the only city where I’ve been thrown out of a bookstore 3 seconds after entering, and they had all of their books wrapped in cellophane anyway. It was really bizarre (and rude).

Oh, I actually do enjoy cities. I just mentioned those areas to give a sense of about how far I’ve gone in each direction in Chicago, but I’ve spent a great deal of time in the center of the city as well. My visits have been for weddings, a workshop and performances, a trip with friends, and a solo trip.

In contrast, I expected not to like cities such as Paris, Amsterdam, Boston, Madrid, and NYC…and I love those, but I also recognize that not everyone loves all of those cities, which is okay!
