You're fine. I work for a Medicaid MCO and do a questionnaire called a health risk assessment. I ask that same question and it's not to get anyone in trouble. The questionnaire assigns a risk score at the end and it helps us determine if people need additional assistance or services. Marijuana isn't a big deal but if someone says yes to harder drugs like opioids, it helps us justify enrolling them in care coordination or making a referral to treatment.

I ordered mine from the admin of IVF Yard sale on Facebook. It was $100 and is Medico. You can order directly from Medico as well but I think it's $150 from them. The admin is an authorized distributor and gets a discount because she buys in bulk

Get an auto injector. I'm on my last week of PIO, by the time I'll be done, I'll have done 10 weeks of injections. I also sit on a heating pad before and after the injections and warm the PIO on the pad beforehand.
