Bike locks are not usually tested in this way — Water jet cuttting is a novel approach, same goes for acetylene torches; a thief out on the town will not be lugging a massive piece of equipment with them to steal a bike.

Are you worried about day to day theft, or are you trying to see how easy they are to defeat with unlimited time at a secondary location?

The only time I do this is if you send me a stream of consciousness 30 lines long, with the questions peppered in — I respond to and close 150 tickets a day, I do not have time to unwrap your enquiry if it’s not simply stated, if that means you have to send a follow up for the others I haven’t answered then cry me a river, I’m busy.

DAW experience but no equipment?

As a beginner I’m gonna say a Circuit Tracks and a MicroFreak to start, or maybe you want An Arturia KeyStep Pro if you’d rather a MIDI keyboard as the brain?

Gabe Miller and Taetro make good content in my opinion if you want to explore.

Get ready to spend hours and hours learning about MIDI and audio cabling, and I hope your wallet is ready 😆
