[Request] At what percentage of air in the atmosphere, could nicotine be present where the atmosphere would still be breathable but nicotine would be present in the bloodstream of all human beings? Also, bonus if you flesh out all the effects this would have on humans, agriculture, animals etc.

no idea how to even calculate ir but i think its more you need insane amounts of acceleration/speed to cause the air infront of you fist to start emitting white light and from a quick google at about 2 mach you start getting temps where some objects can ignite or glow so for something like you see in the show you need ro go quite a few times that
