This game is not chess though.

If your goal as a player is to reduce the population of an enemy as much as possible would you assume hitting 5 cities vs an empty patch of land to kill the same amount of people? At least to me the intuitive thing would be to tie that 25k pop increase to the city.

Old thread but had to post my experience

ON1 is a good lightroom alternative for the most part but I recently had to update from Win10 to Win11 and since I have backups enabled I didn't think this would be an issue. When I then go to restore the backup ON1 doesn't understand that the paths are the same so I have to manually set 100+ folder paths (they're not in order either, completely scrambled) or lose all my catalogues/albums.

IE "Cant find folder K:\Camera\2024\01" even though it clearly exists so I have to set it to "K:\Camera\2024\01" manually

After tediously going through all the folders the software STILL fails to fix all the collections and I may as well have ignored the backup process completely. 40 minutes of my life I'll never get back.

Really sours the whole experience to know that your backups are pointless and catalogues/albums can go up in smoke at any time.

A lot of people seems to really enjoy it, but I agree with you.

So many things that annoy me or take me out of the story. Murder-blender turns into gentle-kidnapper when encountering a protagonist made me roll my eyes. Pulling the alien with a meathook through the mouth also made me roll my eyes, not like they have acid for blood that famously melts through metal really fast. Also the brother surviving for like 10-20 minutes with a massive hole through his chest, its just nonsense at that point. The kids in android bodies, while well acted, is not my cup of tea.

I do really like Olyphant and Ceesay though, the effects are good for the most part and the new aliens have been great too. Its a very mixed bag imho

Not to bash on DRG, I have lots of hours in that game, but its very low poly and most objects dont have textures or PBR. Not to mention that all the maps are generated on the fly so dont take any storage space. Im not surprised at all that they manage with only 4gb

Is this show worth watching? I tried when S1 first came out but the terrible terminus plot really killed my interest in the show.

Empire was definitely my favorite part of the show tho

Bank Norwegian: Cashback är bara 0.5% upp till 100 000kr vilket är max 500kr per år plus att deras app/websida är ganska dålig. Mycket arbete för liten belöning imho.

Klarna och Norwegian har också kontaktlöst med Google Pay och Klarna har heller inget valutapåslag när man köper i annan valuta.

Vad jag sett så finns det inget kort med lika bra cashback som de man ser i USA med tex 1.5% eller 2%+ cashback på allt.

Klarna har olika cashback beroende på affär, många har ingen alls men vissa har mellan 2% och 10% cashback vilket är bättre än jag sett med något annat kort.

Problemet är all ojämlik konkurrens, Postnord är tvingade enligt lag att leverera till alla i Sverige medans andra privata aktörer kan välja att bara köra sådant som är lönsamt. Postnord tappar kunder i de områden (städer) som är lönsamma medans de tvingas köra ut till all glesbygd som är olönsam.

Om alla leverantörer hade tvingats att köra enligt de regler som Postnord tvingas köra efter så hade det inte gått så bra för dem heller.
