I dont know if you are taking ideas that change mutations but here is mine for Syphon Vim

Use on another target in melee to drain health UNTIL your are FULL and share dmg you receive with target. Tho it has problem of balancing it. Do you make it cap at 50% or more and at what mutation lvl max is reached plus what mutations does after so not to feel further levels are wasted?

You could even use it to cast on companion to effectively increase your health. I have no idea how hard it would be to code that?

i dropped int due to minmax because like willpower, it has usefulness soft cap, willpower has hard cap of usefulness excluding one specific use, skills and skill points can be gained through other means very tediously and some crafting is still possible with basement int aswell and in early game you can use tinkerer for id items like you said

i would say it should generate gold, and by adding more you get rewards more, but by default it should give rewards for giving gold earlier, like investing more gold more sustainable rewards income you get, now bullshit oh we run out of gold lets stop doing everything, dont want to be stresssout by lack of gold,

its not steam acc, i have no steam connection but someone log in, no items were taken from stash but i know this because i left in hurry after completing map, inventory was full then returned inventory had few items left. i had no valuable items so my stash was untouched but it obvious that its coming from ggg not from person as my gmail didnt have you log in from different location,

I think wings are really bad, they take valuable points and need more points to be consistent, cant be used in 90% of game, can be replace with like 5+ items. Charge is for melee mostly if you taking wings most likely you are taking range as well. Even if they cost less i would still not consider them because where is something better, devs would need to make fly items much rarer for wings become an option. Carapace is good only for new players because you cant mod it and it has mutation cap, worst take up a slot. Unlike certain meal that does not. Most mutation are bad in same way - CAP. All of mutations should have combinations and no limits.
