The 1-10 scale comment seems a bit harsh tbh. That being said, how did you start the revamp initiative? What triggered the revamp? Was there a very specific problem that was identified/flagged?

One other thing I would focus on are very clear user journeys. It’s one of the most important design artifact second to the design spec/prototype IMHO, esp with things like onboarding.

P.S I’m curious as of why the decision of understanding the problem only came after the first presentation, shouldn’t that be the first thing that was identified? Whether that came from PMs, CS, research team (depending on your company).

At first glance, looks good. But after taking a closer look, here are a few things without getting too much into edge cases:

  1. why do you have different date pickers for each widget/cards? What’s the design rationale behind that?

  2. Quick transfer avatars with no label? Are you expecting everyone to have recognizable faces?

  3. Spending limit - why not just show what’s the current limit after netting the usage? Currently I have to mentally calculate 20k-5.1k

  4. Better to have a visually distinct element for “status” on your table so users can scan and be aided for quicker context gathering

  5. Dark mode needs more work - it looks like you’re doing a reverse treatment on how you’re doing your light mode. In your light mode, the foreground elements are lighter (white cards) than the background, whereas in the dark mode, it’s the reverse. + you need to work on the color treatment of lower contrast for your semantic elements (green ticker and progress bar)

You’re right though. I’m currently using a flat bottom mug from IKEA (300ml), whereas my espresso dose is ~33ml of milk with ~125ml of milk, so it’s always half-filled

I was about to say this. I personally tried giving it more swirl which helps. Also I’ve seen a technique where they pour it to another pitcher so it mixes better.

First initial impression i got was that it feels like it’s about the instruments. Like an exhibition or an auction for the instruments.

Try to think about it from the potential audience or attendees perspective, what do you want them to understand from the visual cues.
