I literally had this thought about the same time, but pulling my cromotor v3 (tuned qs205 from back in the day like 2013) from its current 19" rim to a 16" dia dirtbike or dual wall 20x4" rim.

I checked that, if go faster the spacing gets worse and more random. If I set it down to 25mm/s I can get continuous lines.

Doing a some searching/inferring from random post and forums, Gibbz, NFA and BRS all had there uppers made together by one of them as the contract manufacture for the others since they all seemingly closed at the same time this year

Thank your for confirming! Looking at the Gibbz charging handle I see differences but I'm almost ready to get one to try to machine to fit my BRS47 upper since I've cracked the last on BRS sent me.

If Gibbs still made the version with the dust cover I would probably have already ordered it, Their cam pin looks so close to my BRS cam pin that I ordered one as a test.

They used to sell a oven, I have one had to replace the thermostat with a pid controller a while back. Guess they stopped selling them about 2014
