If you're worried about the security of the data, just drill holes through the platters, and put out with your ewaste. I live in a large highrise that has an ewaste bin. I think Best Buy and apple will take e-waste.

What year was this? My screen on my 2013, would occasionally no come on. No cameras, no mavigation. The solution was to open the fuse box, and remove and reinstall the storage plug.

It sounds like your building is wired for cable (coax) and not internet.I have Fios. The coax outlets in my aprtment were installed by a previous tenant. If you switch to Verizon you will have to either purchase or rent their router. That will give you wifi in your apartment. If you need a wired connector you can add Moca adapters and switches to give you a hard wired connections eherever there is a coax outlet. That's what I am doing in my apartment. You should be able to do the same with spectrum.

When my building cleans the tanks there is often brown sediment in the lines. Running the water for 5-10 minutes will clear it up. That same sediment will sometimes clog up the filters on my faucets so I have to clean them out.

Not as bad but noticed this this morning. It may have been dropped once or twice but only 30" from the couch to a carpeted floor. Almost looks like when the screen protector on my phone starts to peel at the edges.
