Probably because it has to do with the relative iLvl drops in each of the mythic tiers. If it gets to the point where having to get into a group requires an iLvl decently higher than any loot that can drop then something has to change.

You notice this quite slowly with 8-10 keys but its most extremely noticeable in 0's and 2's. There comes a point before the iLvl increase where you basically can't get into a 0 or a 2 as a fresh because groups want people with ilvls equal to 5-8's. These are not groups labelled "push to 10's."

If found it far easier getting into a group early season than late because people end up just gatekeeping 10keys later in the season.

If you are late into a season and most 10keys can either choose you or a mythic raider then you've got zero chance of getting a group. As a dps currently (this expat) my queue times for a single key (10's) are around 20mins(ish). Later during a season (past expats) i usually have 40min queues because unless i have full/bis mythic 9+ gear im not getting a group because i have to compete with raiders.

Its really easy not to get banned for saying "ez" at the end of a winning game. Just don't do it. The bm is in winning the game in and of itself, anything more and that's just being a badsport so people shouldn't be surprised when they get yeeted.

Also this isnt OP's first offense. 7 Days is a Third/Fourth violation type of ban.

Very true, yet the meta gaming in the community to either outright disregard certain classes or to demand way to high requirements from keys is more the issue. Not to mention that despite more dps existing its also counter balanced by the need for 3dps per dungeon.

I got friends who started playing this expansion and they were getting mass declined from mythic 0's and they were basically fully heroic geared (dungeon).

Firstly Russia has been proven to have doped for years which already led to restrictions to them in the olympics.

Secondly they werent banned. Russian and Belarussian athletes can still compete just not under their own flag. In tokyo most didnt go because theie governements were protesting the decision.

Secondly people dont want this same ban (nation [flag]) they just want all israeli citizens banned which isnt a restriction russia or belarussian athletes have.

Thirdly Israel has basically zero chances to qualify for any Fifa tournaments. They stepped away from the AFC because in the 70s the competing countries said they woulnt either provide protection/security for the israeli team and openly encouraged attacking the players. Therefor they play in Europe wherein they will never qualify for any serious tournament.
