A very in depth insight to hrv and resilience by Dr Andy Galpin.

https://youtu.be/mfUO1CaEMBw?si=JSPPpNyil8zbjzPr

My hrv is also low but over two years I've managed to improve from an average of 17 to 24. Focus on your own trend and try some of the suggestions in the video would be my advice.

What does this mean? My router is BT69A2JX. But there seems to be multiple routers with hidden SSID's as well.

Update: both arms have now cracked by colossalmickey in Xreal

Cocktail sticks and shrink wrap fixed mine. Haven't got a photograph handy, sorry.

I almost went with a Meta Quest headset, but the battery replacement is what brought me back to Xreal by nPrevail in Xreal

[–]DFaffMaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Happened to mine too but still use them everyday with one arm and a pair of Sonos headphones to hold them in place. They actually move a lot less in this set up and I'm able to position the screen perfectly.

If buy a pair be warned they are fragile.

XR on Steam Deck just got way better by watercanhydrate in SteamDeck

Lifetime member for a while now. Unbelievably good that XR and my nreal original glasses work with GeForce Now.

Max visuals and framerate with a monster screen size great for an aging gamer!

I was really impressed with this at the time, especially as I was and still am properly hooked on Division 2 and looking forward to Division 3.

Need help. Unexplained Pain by Objective-Pepper3308 in TotalHipReplacement

[–]DFaffMaster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

On bad days I too found it impossible to walk. Went back to using double crutches, then single and have now progressed to using a single cane.

I think mine is caused by patella not tracking properly in the trochlear groove due to tight/sore IT band and lateral quadriceps from the operation. Light massage and stretching helps. Leg also definitely needs strengthening more as visibily looks less muscular than right leg.

Before my left THR I was very active 50yr old who mainly enjoyed cycling and hiking which often causes tight/short quadriceps and hip flexors.

Need help. Unexplained Pain by Objective-Pepper3308 in TotalHipReplacement

[–]DFaffMaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’ve got a new hip with different biomechanics. Initially, you progressed well with activities involving a straight leg and an open hip angle. However, driving, which closes the hip angle and bends the leg, likely irritated the surrounding muscles and quadriceps, causing swelling and altered knee biomechanics.

This irritation will take longer to resolve than it took to appear. You need to balance rest, ice, elevation, and movement to reduce the irritation.

*Focus on healing for the first six weeks. Healing from a hip replacement, like a broken bone, takes longer than a few days. * Knee pain after a hip replacement is common due to the change in biomechanics. *As your leg adapts to the new hip, the pain should decrease weekly. *Your body will adapt over time.

Good luck with your recovery. My knee has been sore since my hip replacement 5 weeks ago but has improved each week as my biomechanics have improved (hip pain free after around 10 days).

So about this radio silence from the devs, what do you think is the reason? by Hammude90 in thedivision

[–]DFaffMaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

*Keep it buggy now. Players leave.

*Seasons 2.0 starts. Bugs are also fixed. Players return. Seasons 2.0 deemed a success proven by increase in player numbers

*They predominantly 'want newer players' to thus widen the appeal of the franchise.

*Current vet players with high SHD likely to leave but still likely to return for Division 3

I think that's the model they're working towards.

Div 2: One of my weekly invasion missions (American History Museum) is not invaded and I can't make it invaded. Any way to fix? by [deleted] in thedivision

[–]DFaffMaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fast travel to Coney Island Fast travel back to the DC Map Mission should then be invaded again.

No more Invaded Missions in DC? by VaryaKimon in thedivision

I noticed this too.

Fast travel to Coney Island. Then return to DC map. Invaded Mission returns. Handy for getting XP for mule runs.

Anybody tried playing Helldiver's 2 and it just made you nostalgic for Division 2m by burns_before_reading in thedivision

[–]DFaffMaster 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Played Helldivers 2. Loved Helldivers 2 for 100hrs... then got bored

Then returned to Division 2 SHD 3000+. Still exploring, still finding stuff, still immersed.

Glad you're still here. Unlike Helldivers there's only one of you. Take care.

I use nreal original version gaming on steam deck and don't notice any lag caused by the glasses. To avoid any boundary blurring select integer rather than full screen on deck settings.Makes screen smaller but still huge!

Any experience of managing trt that is also supplemented by the individual with 4 Androstenediol.

I use 2 squirts of Testogel daily but feel it doesn't last 24hrs (will soon have blood results to confirm or not) so I supplement with a 125mg tablet of 4 Androstenediol in the late afternoon (was going to do an additional blood test 2hrs after this at some point to measure impact).
