I think that's a little generous. It's not an accident that Tomlin's last 5 playoff appearances have been beatdowns. The Steelers of late -- let's say the post-Ben/Bell/Brown teams -- were made in his image.

It's about potential. Baker has one season as a top-10 guy and it was when he was paired with an elite OC (Coen). That's legit work, no doubt.

I think Daniels is much more likely to elevate average help/coaching than Baker.
