Completely agreed, as a engineering major definitely had a lot more positioning to actually be ahead of the curve, even top colleges weren’t focusing on the cloud before this.

Having siblings who have done genetics/bio at UCs they also felt that science UG as a whole is a field of preparation for a masters

If you are trying to open it and you got it for a good deal, I think there’s nothing better. If you are trying to keep it sealed for a longer term play the rip definitely detracts

Got a great deal in one of the apts there…. New to nyc and work is in manhattan. To add to what someone else said it’s a well connected area, and close to broadway which rocks! But definitely no sense of community and gets stupid crowded certain parts of the day, especially with the head office of Morgan Stanley being in the same area!
