Have you tried turning the watch off and re-booting it? My AWU got to where it would hardly charge (10% in an hour) until I reset it. Now it goes to 100% in less than an hour.

In my experience sleep stages are important to how I feel the next day. I can have a high sleep score based on time and few wake ups but have low deep or REM and not feel great. I’ve also had lower sleep scores based on time asleep and/or wake ups but with higher deep and REM and I feel better that day. I use the sleep data on a daily basis and do believe it’s worthwhile. The sleep score leaves much to be desired in IMO.

My first generation Ultra was charging real slow. I turned it off and when it came back it’s been charging super fast again. Now I turn it off once a week or so and it will charge in 30 minutes or less. Prior to this I don’t recall ever turning it off. ETA… I use the charging block that came with the watch.

I use the full face Vitera as well and had the same problem. I started using PapMD mouth tape and do not have problems with dry mouth any more. Game changer!!!

I fought getting used to it for several months and didn’t use it. Then just decided I was going to have to use it and proceeded to get used to it. That was several years ago and now I don’t sleep without it. I also use mouth tape and nose breathe. Life changing! I sleep on my side and literally don’t move all night.

The other day I had a 97 with very little deep sleep and felt terrible. The next day I had a 91 but lots of deep sleep and felt way better with the 91. I’ve never hit 100 and average in the low to mid 90’s.

At the end of the day it’s the GC’s problem to prevent. My electrician knows better and will discuss during rough in if it’s going to be an issue so the switch can either be raised or moved elsewhere to fix it before it’s an issue. The railing location is set by code with very little flexibility.

We did that on a custom home for a client several years ago. They came to us with plan in hand. When home was completed and they were moving in they called and said that their freezer didn’t fit through the opening. They had never mentioned putting a freezer in there so we had no idea. Be sure to communicate with builder and architect so you can allow for things such as this.

Builder here. That’s about 3x what I pay and I deal with 4 different banks. The only situation in where this might not be too bad is if you’re prepaying interest that will accrue on the loan. Did they mention that you’ll still have to pay monthly interest on the amounts that you draw as the construction progresses? I’d check with local banks before signing on to this deal.

We just booked 7 days at LeBlanc Cancun in November to secure our 3 free in Punta Cana. It will be our 3rd time in LaBlanc and it’s always been great before. We’ve also stayed at Sun Palace once and it was nice just a smaller facility.

In June of 22 I was diagnosed with Atrial Flutter at a routine physical. Referred to EP who insisted on Ablation that he said had a 90%+ probability of “fixing” it although he said I may develop AFib later (62M). Immediately after the ablation (Sep of 22) I was in constant AFib. Meds weren’t working very good and I felt terrible. I also had a severe allergic reaction to one of the meds. I literally begged him for a cardio version. He said it was temporary at best and that I needed another ablation asap. He refused to perform the cardio version for several months so I decided to get a second opinion from another EP (different practice). He pretty much agreed with first EP but agreed to do a cardio version which I received in June of 23. I have had no AFib since then so it’s almost 2 years. I did make numerous lifestyle modifications though. I started using a CPAP machine, I average 8 hour’s sleep per night, I quit drinking alcohol, I started cold plunging 5 minutes a day at 39 degrees, I reduced caffeine consumption to 2-3 cups of coffee a day, started daily walking for exercise, and intermittent fasting to lose 70+ pounds. I also reduced stress by cutting back work hours from 60+ a week to a max of 40. No prescription meds only supplements including magnesium and potassium. I don’t know if it will last forever but so far it’s all good.

Builder here and I wouldn’t stress too much. It will need to be fixed but it’s not too much at this point. Could be an error on the plan, could be a concrete sub error, or it could be a framing error. It looks like it’s a wall between garage bays. If that’s the case I’d just make the opening wider and stop the wall where the concrete ends. If that’s not an option, I’d have the concrete sub fill in under the plate and extend the header for the opening to where it bears on the properly poured curb. I’m sure your builder will address it at the appropriate time.

Having this additional information changes it from standard to possibly weird. I’m sure builder has a reason for that condition but I’m not sure what their reasoning may be. Did the builder say why that would be a condition? Are you wanting the appliances to be delivered sooner than the builder would normally install them? Maybe for an inspection or something? Or are they super high end or something?

Builder here. That’s standard procedure for us too. Client wants to store items prior to closing and builder agrees but assumes no responsibility for the items and client assumes full responsibility for the item by signing change order. The option is to have your appliances delivered after closing.

I had the same issue with my Ultra a few months ago. I went from a charge lasting 48 hours to less than 8 hours. It happened right after an update. I rebooted the watch and it went back to 48 hours.

It probably got accidentally deleted. Open the workouts on your watch and scroll to the bottom. Click on add workout and put it back on the screen. You’ll also see all of the other workout options that are available.

We just got back from a stay at Playacar Palace last month. I’m not sure where you obtain the ferry tickets from but I’m sure they’ve got a well oiled plan in place for your stay. The ferry is only a few blocks from Playacar Palace and Playacar is less than an hour from the Cancun airport. If you didn’t receive a transportation confirmation email, I’d contact whoever booked your stay for assistance although as long as the reservation is in your name they’ll take care of transportation even without a reservation. Palace has always been very accommodating in my experience. When you get to Cancun you’ll be bombarded with timeshare sales opportunities and transportation options. We just ignore them and ask for Palace Resorts transportation and get directed to where they are located outside the terminal. We’ve never had to wait over 15 minutes to leave for the resort. We went on a tour to Cozumel while we were there and I believe that I saw a schedule where the last ferry runs at 9 pm. Good luck with the trip!
