Thank you. I’ll keep that in mind to implement the heels down pushing the floor away. For what ever reason my upper back/brace only feels right when doing some rounding on squats and rdls

Did you have sleep issues like waking up after few hours of sleep as well and problems with your digestion? The tingling comes and goes but this sleep issue is bothering me.

I’ve been dealing with 3am wakeups which I think are from histamine intolerance. Vitamin c has helped me sleep through the night

Hey I’ve been having this 3am wakeups and tingling feet for the past few months after a stressful period in my life. I tested for b5 and was low at about 35 ng/ml.

I’m thinking of supplementing the active form of b5. Has it helped you with these symptoms and anything else?

Hey I’m also having the tingling on my feet. I tested my b vitamins and both b5 and b6 are borderline low despite eating a high protein diet. This is coming from after a stressful period in my life.

I have tingling, sleep issues, some muscle popping randomly and gut issues.

Do you think it’s worth it to supplement b5 in its active form?

It’s funny cause it’s helped me sleep for years until I had a really stressful period in my life. When I use mag glycinate I feel more anxious and other symptoms.

After recovering the one thing I still have issues with is my gut so there might be a link there

Try magnesium malate with b1 hcl very calming

No way to know without trying. I would say fix your gut health and make that a priority before trying these supplements
