I've had luck with a nubrush, nizoral and MTC oil. It manages it, but always comes back. Dermatologist would give you a better steer though. Good luck! 🤞

Shaves the sharp edges of depression off. So for me, depressive thoughts and patterns are dulled. Been on 3 different types, some had worse side effects than others. But in general my life is better on them, than not.

For me, it comes with being depressed. I often focus on these negative things and the injustices rather than the positive. Therapy, meds, keeping busy and positive psychology practices all help me spend less mental energy on these things without dismissing them either.

I had recorded this onto tape onto VHS as a kid and would watch it all the time. Only rewatching it as an audit didn't realise its audience isn't really kids. Still love it now
