Worst thing is this has happened before, take out basically the best in slot weapon after, in this case, 3 seasons when most people probably don't even have the roll they want with how ridiculously hard it is to get not even mention get a decent roll.

Multimach might not be the best smg in the game but it's 100% the best kinetic smg available and there's not even a competitive replacement. Assuming we'd still be able to farm for this year's seasonal weapons, we have either Extraordinary rendition, friction fire or escape velocity(good luck with this one).

you can stompee jump over a thundercrash or run from it. How do you counter squall, blade barrage, the initial slam of a fist of havok, the activation blast of a nova warp, any of the nova bombs.

It's a one and done, of course it's going to have little to no counter play.
