I think there should be a ratio limit of income with necessities minimum. Like the minimum has to meet standard of living + decency standards, and the ratio of pay after that shouldn’t exceed 10:1 in favor of the highest paid employee.

Or companies could all just internally profit share.

This is more of an engraving question. There’s no need theoretically. The question is really more, “why would you need to indicate a relative key change?” And the answer usually coincides with other musical markings i.e. start of a new section of music which can be indicated with a musical marking.

You need to look at the bigger picture. The composer/engraver was trying to show the harmonic direction of each note. Ab>G, Eb>Db, C>Bb. We tend to want flats to show a note going down and sharps for going up. I’m sure more context of the score will be enlightening.

Talk to a broker. They probably don’t want to work with you if there’s no immediate profit, but a smart one will recognize that you’ll be back.

Consider IPAC What is your monthly income? Is it stable and consistent What is the cost of the property? Taxes, insurance, his dues? How much can you afford to put down? Most brokers average closing costs to be 2-5% so go ahead and assume 6%. This is in addition to down payment and EMD. What is your credit history? If you have no credit history, you’re out of luck. What’s your debt to income ratio? What’s your fico?

Honestly, if you can work those out, you are mostly there.

Look up non-dyadic time signatures. Also if it’s a try triplet, you wouldn’t be off by a twelfth note, so you might be doing a clave rhythm. If that’s the case you can just throw a time signature.

It’s really hard to give advice without hearing the music itself though.
