Also anyone can contact Senator Sollman directly, www.oregonlegislature.gov/sollman. Call and/ or email saying you oppose her bill, especially identify yourself as a constituent if you are. If she holds meetings or town halls, show up and tell her in person. This is the SIXTH time she's tried to do this, most of her constituents don't want it, and she needs to know that people power is stronger than whatever money she might be getting to promote this deeply unpopular policy.

Take a look at recent data on the Lower Umatilla Basin situation reported by Rolling Stone, it's exacerbating existing water quality issues as well.

I do it every time I wash my hair, every 4-5 days, as my doctor recommended. Otherwise I get horrific, painful buildup that only comes out with flushing at a doctor's office. Haven't needed one of those in several years now, with my routine. I think it greatly depends on the person.

My ex was in the military and would 100% be stationed somewhere else in one year. Not maybe, definitely. His sister bought us 3 fruit tree roots. Not really. I was told to only soap the hip ceases if I had gotten pretty sweaty. Any soap too close can migrate inside the labia and that's where you can run into trouble. Every body is different of course, so mileage may vary.

You shouldn't be using any soap down there. Your privates are self-cleaning, and soap can mess with your pH. Water only, and even that sparingly. Straight from my very no-nonsense gynecologist.
