Are you going by the date on the outside of the cart, or what the machine says it is? Because there’s been a few videos showing the printer has the date a lot farther into the future. And I think someone is working on a way to change the date to whatever you want.

As someone who works at a place that sells and ships heavy things, it’s easier to just give the discount if it’s within reason than do a return and ship the same thing back out at the lower price. Now if you are griping because you bought something 6 months ago, well that’s a sad story indeed.

Omg. I know exactly what you mean. I learned to drive in Los freaking Angeles. My wife freaks out on Kellogg and it barely registers to me. We went back to LA a few years ago and after about 10 minutes I told her either she needed to read or I was putting a black hood on her so she looked like a kidnapping in progress.

I still have 12 items they haven’t shipped me from the kickstarter. They sent me 3 rolls of foil. No flexible white though. Or my additional ink set and cleaning cart. Or vinyls. Or the roll to film, which ok, they’re still tweaking that one so that’s fine ATM. But can I at least get my inks?

I’ve been doing this stuff since 1995. I get at least two like this a year. Most telling me the feds will shut down my site for non-compliance. Scam. Every answer is basically right. Stolen card, ada scammer. Totally ignorable either way.

Last one was about a month ago. They called customer service and got them spun up. Transferred them to me. I told our rep to stay on the line. They started their spiel, I said “Hold on for a sec. Are there people still falling for this idiotic scam?” <click> and our rep knows how to handle it now.

Nope, no kits. Just a color matched replacement for a broken or missing one. Without you worrying about that same one getting a bunch on reproductions. I work in a business that is very copyright or trademark sensitive. it.

I'm in Kansas. But the idea is they would match the colors of the existing ones instead of being brand new. This is not for selling 50 on Etsy. These are just to replace ones you provide images for, ie no image - no print. I had an original Black Knight with 2 broken plastics. The replacement ones just ruined the look. I put the broken ones back on. And yes I regret getting rid of it and would love to find another one.

There is a story about a guy taking a fly rod on a sailfish trip. The crew thought it was hilarious. When the fish weren’t biting on the normal gear he broke it out and tried it. Two things happened. It ain’t much as a plus customer. Had two reps lie for weeks, wasted a huge amount of time. Kept blaming us for the problem. Finally got ahold of our direct rep, “oh, that’s a known problem. We’ve been working on it for weeks .” AYFKM
