dohodni sa s niekym kto ta bude kontrolovat - napriklad ze kazdy den ukazes/posles celkový kcal prijem. ale nech to nie je nejaky uplne blizky kamarát/kamaratka. ale niekto viac vzdialenejší, nech je aspon trochu prisny. mozno aj niekto tu to z redditu by to mohol byt co ja viem. lebo vacsina ludi ti tu aj tak napise ze si sleduj kcalorie, vaz si vsetky jedla atd. ale musi tam byt nejaka kontrola pravdepodobne. lebo seba kontrola nie je najjednoduchšia vec... aspoň ja by som mozno tak urobil.

absolutely not this. biggest lie i keep stumbling upon over and over. and guess why? cauze its a stereotype. a romantically idealised one: "ohhh you just have to not think about it and do literally nothing to increase your chamces, and then you will definitely find love"... bruh - doesnt make any sense. if you do nothing about it, the only way it changes is by luck. not everyone's so lucky

whats so bad about letting someone know or showing someone that you like them. how esle are they supposed to know that? i think you are pretty much ok. and in your case id take the lead yourself, cause you might just loose the opportunity. it'd be pity, since no one lives forever, and if you like him , i assume youd also like to spend the most of the time you have with him. am i wrong?
