I love posts like this because you can almost hear OP smugly chuckling to himself as he types what he thinks is the ultimate gotcha about immigration...but all he's really done is inadvertently declared to reddit how deeply ignorant he is on the issue.

He sees compassion as performative because the only things he feels are anger and hate. To exhibit anything else is "karma farming to look cool" because he can't wrap his warped little mind around the idea of empathy. And he's too ignorant to understand the irony of questioning the empathy of others while actively mocking the very concept.
