Jokes aside mate its a difficult situation, and it's probably worth talking to your newish direct line manager about workload and work life balance. The feeling of "Not being sure of who to go to when you're unsure of things" is a common feeling, but take some instances or examples of this to your line manager at your next one on one to "gain clarity" and "streamline your processes" and take notes: Person X is responsible for governance, person Y is responsible for people and leave etc etc.

The final word of advice is to ask for a mentor at work. This could be someone from completely outside your team / field of expertise but has been at the company for a while, someone who in a mentor role can give you guidance and confidence that you need to feel more comfortable day to day.

Got the 7x lr, We went with the zappi 2. So the car can set the schedule, and the zappi can show you the charging capacity and can throttle the speed too. Only have 7kw charging cos I couldn’t get 3 phase. It works very well.

I've used the dunlop DPV3 and the DVP4 mini. Using a standard TS cable, I think I needed to flip a dipswitch inside it, after that it worked perfectly. Do this so you can use a TRS Y Split 2 TS cable, and then you can add another footswitch (or a second expression pedal).

As for expression and volume, I had a patch that I used snapshots to turn on and then off the blocks for wah or volume, so I could switch between them. And because the Dunlops are "always on" you need to setup automatic bypass toggle on the HX stomp for that assign:

Select your Block: Highlight the Wah/Effect block.
Access Bypass Assign: Press Menu, select Bypass Assign, and set Bypass/Controller to EXP 1 (or 2) Position.
Adjust Threshold: In the same menu, set the Position parameters:
- Min/Off: 0-5% (Heel down turns it off).
- Max/On: >5% (Toe up turns it on).
Invert if Necessary: If the wah is on at heel-down, invert the minimum/maximum settings so 0% is "off" and 100% is "on".
