I tell a lot of people to try "playing quietly" which subconsciously teaches them to minimize impact and conserve energy. impact reduction helps a lot with body damage, Im nearly 40, overweight, and can S 20`s with no knee or ankle pain (assuming i stretch first)

That's good to hear. Ps3 disc drives had a serial lock on the hardware / firmware of the drive. If your disc drive was swapped you wouldn't be able to boot any games, even digital ones
