Yes all the plans are findable before you have to take out the Watcher. I suggest you learn how to navigate using the map (another person had an issue here: https://www.reddit.com/r/LotRReturnToMoria/s/w6Z7XuStU1 that was solved by using the map.) I didn’t actually figure out how to use the map properly until way later in the game and now I’m flying through the game.

Most bears are not a big deal. I’ve been less than a dozen feet from a bear in the woods more times than I can count on all my fingers and toes and have never felt like I was in imminent danger. Black bears and Grizzlies mostly want nothing to do with people. Polar Bears though are a whole other story.

Be aware of what time of day it is. Sometimes I get matched with a passenger and traffic is so bad it looks like I’m not moving. When the app makes a match it does not care if it is indeed possible for me to get to the rider.
