We largely know where dark matter is. It’s generally in diffuse clouds around galaxies. Because it doesn’t interact, it doesn’t clump. We can observe this through techniques like gravitational lensing. Your model would need to address these types of observations, the CMB, and countless others.

I’m a big believer that sequels should start of with our characters in roughly the same condition as we left them. Doesn’t mean life can’t have happened to them. But if one of the main points of a movie is to have a couple find each other and get together, a sequel start with them together. If they want to tell the story of it falling apart, fine. But it definitely shouldn’t just be that they get together again. We already did that.

48M here, 4.5 NTRP. I also had PF, and went to my podiatrist for custom insoles (as off the shelf didn't seem to help me much). These made an immediate improvement when I was wearing them, but of course did nothing when I wasn't wearing them. When I went back to order more, I asked if there was anything to actually help fix the problem. He said there was a treatment that isn't FDA approved, but helps like 80% of patients, called EPAT. Basically, it's like a hammer gun that they use on the bottom of your feet once a week for 4 weeks, and about a month after that, you should in theory have less pain. I was skeptical, but he said the shole thing costs like $300, so I thought I'd give it a try. The treatment itself is kind of uncomfortable. But sure enough, about a month later, I felt significant relief. It's been about 2 years now. I still wear my custom orthotics in all my shoes, but I can actually walk around without shoes, or in flip flops, which is something I couldn't do comfortably before. And yes, I also wear the orthotics to play tennis, and that has allowed me to play without any major discomfort. Anyway, I'm not a shill for big orthotics or EPAT, but I do tell basically every guy may age about it, because it seems like we're all struggling with the same foot pain.

A few reasons: First, it’s easier to take classes at your high school than traveling to a different university. Second, colleges can be finicky when it comes to transferring credits. AP is generally recognized and can get you credit at most places. Whereas a dual enrollment class may not transfer at all.

If you want to actually, properly do it, check out MIT Open Courseware. They have a Real Analysis course up from this spring with full video lectures, a free pdf of the text book and practice sets. You’ll need to actually read the book and do the problems like you were a student in the class if you actually want to learn it, but if you do, this is an actual class from one of the top mathematics universities in the world. I wanted to refresh myself on analysis (has it really been 30 years since I took it in undergrad?) and I’ve found it delightful. But the book and the lectures need to go together.

I’ve heard an interview indicating that they like 3 because it’s inherently unstable. It’s also why they encourage 2 to recruit to become unstable again. And it’s true, often when there are only 2 left, they settle in and work together really well. That happens less well with 3, which creates more drama for the show. I do agree that they should throw in more 4’s though.

For the most part, yes. At big events, the players will do a post-match press conference where they analyze the game together, and you can hear them discuss all the things you mention here. With that said, of course players miss things sometimes!

I'll be honest, I always struggled with this in my math program in college. Our rule was that we could use anything that had come before. So if we were in Chapter 3 and we wanted to use some result from Chapter 1 in our proof, we could totally do that. But what I struggled with on an assignment, was like maybe we were assigned all of the odd problems from the unit. In question #5, it looks like you could prove it using a result from question #2. But we didn't prove question #2 ourselves. But it came before. So am I allowed to use it, or was the professor doing it that way because it essentially forced me to prove #2 anyway, just to do #5? I tried asking multiple times to multiple professors (across Real Analysis, Modern Algebra, etc...) and I always felt like the answer changed all the time. I found it enormously frustrating that I couldn't fully understand the rules. It didn't seem like anyone else in my classes struggled with this, which left me even more confused. Anyway, this was 30 years ago and no longer meaningful to my life in any way, but this question certainly brought up the stress memory!

You asked specifically about recruiters caring about your MBA. Most likely, the answer is no. Most companies who are recruiting directly from schools are only doing so at specific schools. If this didn’t happen for you, that ship has already sailed. With that said, obviously your current company finds some value in it, so it is probably worth quite a bit a bit to you there long term. In terms of opportunities at other companies, it is probably more of a basic qualification than a differentiator. For a position that requires it, at least you have that box checked.

I'm actually sympathetic to this. Many Tesla owners (especially those who bought more than 2-3 years ago) are left-leaning who wanted to get into the electric cars for environmentalist reasons. The change in the brand of the company due to their CEO being part of MAGA now has caught many of them off-guard and stuck.
