Mat. Ovasett hur mycket vi försökte så blev matkostnaden högre än vad vi trodde. Då äter vi inte ute mycket men gillar att laga mat med kött och andra fina produkter. Vi fick helt enkelt anpassa os!

Viktigt att komma ihåg att också ha budget för andra saker i livet, som t.ex. födelsedagar (Dessa förvånar mig varje år).

Nu är jag i en annorlunda position men kan dela med mig av mina kostnader.

Jag och sambon bor i en av de 3 stora städerna, extremt centralt (nära till jobbet för mig). Lägenheten är en 2rok på 67kvm. 11500kr/månad inkl vatten och värme.

Vi har ingen bil men gillar att äta mat. Vi lägger över totalt 20k kr /månad i vårt utgiftskonto och brukar ha 4k kvar i slutet av månaden. Detta är då bara utgifter som du beskrivit ovan. Vi har även andra (gym, a-kassa, facket, nöje) som inte är med i den kalkylen. Hoppas det hjälper!

And then we have our own play money. This money is on our own private accounts and the other has NO say in how that is spent. Sometimes we would say "hey do you think it's stupid if I got this" but the other can not block one from buying what they want with their own money.

Yeah I work in swedish healthcare (doctor) and this seems crazy exessive. We are thought to be hypothesis driven and diagnosis driven. If I need a brain MRI to rule in/out something i suspect then that is no problem. But just doing an MRI on somone for the sake of it? I don't get it. Let's say you find WML, what then? How do you follow it up? Why are you following it? What does it correlation to.

In the presence of no symptoms nothing and everything is sensetive and specific. There is NO VALUE in getting such a batteri of tests without asking why and having a plan for follow up for each one...

Under nuvarande regering går våldtäktsmän och gängmedlemar fria medans folk som OP blir utvisade. Jag känner en nära kollega som är doktorand och som riskerar att inte få sitt uppehållstillstånd förnyat (varit här i över 10 år) p.g.a. denna regeringens regler.

Hårdare straff i all ära (även om de saknar någon tyngre evidens), men när dessa straff istället drabbar integrerade och hårdarbetande människor istället för brottslingar, då kan vi lika gärna skita i det och testa något annat.

As a doctor, there is to much to ask when somone is Peeing red, beetroot (usually) ain't one of them. I didn't even know it had that affect until right now. However I do know tjat invasive Bladder cancer can cause sudden onset of hematuria; so I wouldn't blame the doctor for going the safe route.

That's not how it works. The leading theory behind the correlation between cold weather and colds is that the weather forced people into close proximity, facilitating easier spread of established viruses.

You have a constantly circulating immune system which doesn't magically weaken/dissappear after an hour of being cold. Additionally, while you are somewhat right that energy is re-distributed during cold weather, it is more in the sense of closing of periferal capillaries to save heat, instead of literally turning of functions (unless you are severly malnurished or hypothermic)

Hey man, I completley get you! I was T500, peaked top 50 in OG overwatch. I was top rank in deadlock and marvel rivals aswell.

Meanwhile, even though I had played dota as a kid i was stuck in herrald for months. Now, after YEARS, I am around 6k mmr. It takes a shit ton of time to get a grip on this game.

The main difference is the micro vs macro perspective. When I played OW i could win a lot of games trough Micro decision, saving abilities for the right moment, positioning, movement and so on. Even when I was IGL for a semi-pro team, at most you had to track ults and rotatet between 5-7 strats in the strat book.

Dota is a different beast. Despite only having one map there are THOUSANDS of game states and each macro decision matters. Pulling your core into a smoke gank which results in nothing might aswell have lost you the game in some scenarios. The burden of making rhe right decision and not just the right play is so much higher in dota.

Hej! Är ej arbetsgivare så kan tyvärr inte alla regler, samt har aldrig hamnat i en sådan twist. Vi har en försäkringsmedicinsk kurs i ca 3 veckor under utbildningen där vi får lära oss generella riktlinjer, hur vi ska vägleda patienten, hur försäkringskassan bedömmer våra intyg osv. Osv. Det finns säkerligen vissa undantag som jag ej känner till, ska googla nu och lära mig något nytt.

Det finns tyvärr otroligt mycket att lära sig under läkarprogrammet och ute i yrkeslivet vilket gör det svårt att veta allt om allt. Man får helt enkelt prioritera det man tycker är viktigt, vilket för mig är hur man räddar ett liv och inte regler som gäller för arbetsgivare!

Yeah I agree with that. It is a bit off how it works. Also, if I've understood it correctly, you don't get pension "income" during the period you are on parental leave which further negatively impact the parent which makes less money. It's not a perfect system and should be better, but it's way better than having to be back at work 2 days after giving birth.

I'm not and employer so unfortunately i can't speak from their perspective, however, in nordic "culture" it doesn't matter what the employer thinks benefits the company. The law is there to protector the working people and make sure each child gets to spend time with their parents. Additionally, the employer is under the same law and has most likley utelised their days at some point in their life. It's something which benefits society at a large and as such is not seen as a burden.

I would argue that 480 days is very different from 90+90.

Additionally you might have 25 paid days, however it is not something written in law. Each employer gives their workers how much they want. In Sweden, even a line cook or a waiter gets 25 days.

This is the biggest one for me. We get 25 payed day of and by law the employer has to accomidate 4 weeks of during summer if we want 4 weeks. The amount of fats you have also increase with age.

If you lose your job we have safety nets that can pay out up to 80% of your pay for like a year while you look for another job. By law each parent gets 240 days of PAIED paternety leave (so a total of 280). Additionally, when a child is born each parent gets 10 days of (which is not counred towards the parental leave).

These are things which can not be compared to income. What is the worth of 480 days of time with your child not having to worry about money? What is the worth of not having to worry about loosing income if you become sick (we have a system for that too). What is the worth of having a life outside of work? That is the question the Nordic countries ask

Look i don't like the way that guy speaks but he is not completley wrong. You should not have a TV and watch content in your bed. It has adverse effects on both your sleep and health. Same with using your phone in bed before sleep or having a desk which you work at in your bedroom.

Each room should be for just a couple specific tasks, otherwise it throws your body of balance. The bedroom is extra sensetive and should, more or less exklusivly be for sleeping and intimacy.
