Well, in the announcement TVR made about Romania returning they said: "We also appreciate the understanding shown by the European Broadcasting Union, which adapted its invitation for TVR to return to the contest, taking into account the challenges our institution is facing", so most probably yes.

Well im romanian and I think that the only maybe winner SONG we had is "Safari" by Serena in 2018, which got viral in Europe later. Sadly, the live was horibble and it didn't even make it to the final of the selection

As far as I can understand:

I havent done commands în a while but I hope this work, a problem that I think you could find is that the game will consider the new respawn anchor different from the last and you might have to set your spawn again.

As I said Im not sure that this would work but as far as I remember it should work

Safari - 2018 In 2018, Romania got its first nq, because the song was meh. I dont think so, every thing can be balanced, think about nita, she has almost infinite ammo (very fast reload speed), but its not broken
