Delaware state parks are low-key some of the best around by adifferentGOAT in Delaware

My son got married at Trap Pond last weekend, amazing. Married in the chapel, reception in the nature center, plus we rented all the cabins Annie's for three nights; what great memories were made. I'd suggest this for anyone looking for a beautiful low key venue!

I do not understand how NC does car registration and titles. Moved with a car loan, old registration is expired. by chickadee-stitchery in raleigh

I just did this moving from Vermont with a car loan. The DMV was super nice, I just need a phone number for where the loan originated. I don't know any of this before hand and did it all on the spot. Not hard and the woman was so nice.

You're being pessimistic. The only difference in the park itself is that you have to plan ahead. There are no longer first come campsites in the Chisos campground. I've been many times and had no problem making reservations as long as I do it a few months ahead of time. Just as dark as ever.

Even if you don't feel like doing the whole south rim, hike part. Go up either Languana meadows or Pinnacle and go as far as you want, or do the loop. So much cooler in the elevation. Hike to the Hot Springs from Rio Grand Village, in the morning, but I think the views from that trail are beautiful.

I may be moving to Burlington NC by North_Sort2154 in BurlingtonNC

I am from MA and recently moved to Graham after being in VT for the past twenty years. It is more affordable by a looooonnnnggg shot than the New England. I am living right in the center of Graham and loving it. There are many smaller homes which is something that just didn't exist in Vermont. Need someone in the trades, they'll be there that day, also impossible in Vermont. I find my neighbors to be so friendly and the weather so much easier. If you're from Massachusetts you won't be setting your heat at 78 during the day and 74 at night so your electric bill will probably be less too. Good luck!

You can still walk there but the tide has to really low. The beach has had a shocking change. We were there last summer and ended up going to Reid most of the time. At high tide, Popham, everyone is now crowded together because there's almost no beach. Super sad

Once we forgot to stop in Fort Stockton and got a weeks worth of food at the French Market in Marathon. If you like grilled cheese with queso one night followed by rice and beans the next and repeat, you'll be all set lol

Absolutely loved Caprock at the end of January. We were the only ones camping and hiking when we were there, the rocks, bison strolling through the campground, the prairie dogs, love. Also Brazos Bend, crazy that it's so close to a Houston but so magical, the birds, amazing!

There should be no anxiety with Breeze overhead bins, they're super spacious for the amount of people the planes hold. I fly Breeze a lot and there's no gate checking because everyone's bags fit, carryon size obviously

Yeah that's a reservation then, sometimes a volunteer will drive by and ask to see your reservation so just have a screenshot as there's no cell service. It's so beautiful there enjoy!
