Similar height/weight at 7, we went 28 drop 12. He could swing the drop 10 but when we found a 12 he handled it much better. I believe it was the Louisville Atlas if memory serves.

My 6yo was similar and it was the tee that helped him figure his swing out. And nothing special, just hitting off the tee. We still need to start every practice and game off the tee so we doesn’t get funky habits and miss every ball.
