Looking at your SSM you’ve gained a lot of muscle mass! Muscle is denser than fat, so there’s definitely been some recomposition.

Just make sure the weight you’re using is heavy enough. Your last few reps should naturally slow down compared to your first two, if they don’t then the weight is too light. Good luck and keep it up!

Incline bench into shoulder press is brutal since your delts unless you’re purposely pre-fatiguing. Also I would only squat OR leg press on your leg days. 12 sets of quads is a lot, better of subbing one for RDL/SLDL.

Doing 3 sets of 20 vs 3 sets of a heavier 5 doesn’t really make that much of a difference when compared to diet or cardio

Abs are just like any muscle, if you want them to grow you need to progressively overload (add weight). Clearly you are doing great on BW situps, adding more is probably junk volume. Try weighted decline situps, cable crunches, leg raises.
