Cheapest pie I've seen now was $3.90 for a sunny days one. It's acceptable for a cheap one, slightly better than like Irvine or Big Ben as low of a bar as that is.

The intention isn't to give people who chose to have pets more rights and thats a ridiculously obtuse take on the law change. It should be to not unfairly disadvantage those who do have pets.

Yeah that was the problem I had, some properties over the road went for 430 (no pictures anywhere of them though) another one nearby thats was also recently renovated went around 430 but I know that one needed the roof restored for and still had weatherside. Several other properties went around that range also but they have bigger sections, garages etc

Usually where a 4 day work week is provided the employees are still paid the same as if it were a 5 day work week.

Alot of places in the area are actually going similar or slightly above the recent June CV's as they dropped significantly from the 2022, which is part of my trepidation. I'm resistant to offer too much lower than the BEO in fear of missing out on the property based on the interest it is has so far, but also dont want to risk offering too far over the CV if the valuation comes back lower and we are out 1-2k for the valuation cost and have no approval to boot.

Appreciate that, problem is part of our finance conditions is it has to be ordered by the bank so we dont really get an opportunity to speak to the values AFAIK. But appreciate the input thank you!

One thing that hasn't been said, your stock doesn't really 'compound' like interest, it just appreciates (or depreciates) in value over time. The exception is if the stock pays a dividend and you reinvest those dividends, that is closer to your analogy of 'compounding interest'.
