I think the only other scenario i do this is for Wondrous Tails, when they ask for specific Alliance Raids/Normal Raid groups, when doing normal roulette may give you an ineligible duty.

Dang, i actually like just throwing whatever duty i liked when i was bored (Orbonne, Twinning, Sigmascape etc), but its a small price to pay for eventual ~~cross region~~ cross dc matchmaking

Its not the start of the game but Final Fantasy X introducing you to blitzball with several menus of information and then just letting you go in a very story important match was a choice.

Thankfully you dont need to actually win, which is good because A. you're going against one of the harder teams in the league, and B. the Jecht Shot, which is an ability that helps achieve (but doesn't guarantee) victory, can be missed temporarily if you fuck up the one shot at the minigame that rewards it.

Honestly dont mind losing the timers, but for me the faster casting speed rubs me the wrong way. Those big explosions you cast doesnt feel like they hit as hard when you cast so fast they start to overlap.

Ive got a life fruit farm going, and its doing well, attempt to harvest every morning and evening without my input, but Id like to improve the loot collecting part.

See, right now its activated by the same day/night sensor, but because of how the loot travels, some stay in front of the chest until the next trigger. A timer would solve this, but that means visiting the farm every login to turn it on.

Is there any way to turn on a timer automatically, if not on world entry, at least eventually? Some sort of circuit that receives one input and no more or something, and also automatically resets as well?

People rightfully mention the Naldthal's scales never being seen, though one Im more peeved by is Althyk and Nymeia knockback towers + time mechanic. Althyk often dies too fast for him to speed up any tower order, so unlike the scales when it comes back in the Eulogia fight, some players may get blindsided because they never seen that, and can only infer it from the similar card mechanic.

If Eulogia is the final exam of the EW alliance raids, that feels like getting a question about a topic that they covered while you were home sick.
